Celebrate administrative professionals with this campus community luncheon on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in the New York Room, Cooper Hall.

The menu includes an Asian Noodle Bar consisting of Saba and Udon noodles among others, fresh vegetables, and steaming flavored broths. There will also be a salad action station with fresh tossed greens and a choice of chicken or salmon. For dessert, enjoy an Asian sponge cake with fruit and whipped cream.
